Acceptable Use Policy

What DailyXI is

DailyXI is a free, trademark-safe daily World Cup guessing game. Puzzle answers are only ever nations, flags, host cities, or generic soccer terms — never real players.

What you may NOT do

• Enter hateful, harassing, discriminatory, sexual, or threatening text as a league name or display name.
• Impersonate another person or organization, or enter someone's data without their consent.
• Reproduce FIFA logos, team crests, real player names/likenesses, or other protected marks — DailyXI uses nation names, flags, host cities and soccer terms only.
• Attempt to bypass paywalls, league member tokens, rate limits, or other safeguards.
• Scrape, resell, or redistribute the service or its puzzles for unauthorized commercial use.
• Use automated tools to manipulate league standings or streaks.

Keeping it fair

Puzzles are generated deterministically from the date, so everyone gets the same one — that's what makes the shared grid and leagues fair. We may remove leagues or names that violate this policy.

Reporting

Email hello@dailyxi.app with subject "AUP report" to flag a league or name. We respond within 3 business days and remove violating content.

Not affiliated with FIFA

Independent fan game. FIFA, World Cup, and national-team names are property of their respective owners. No player names, likenesses, logos or crests appear anywhere in DailyXI.
